This video not only explains how certain companies pay their employees to save for retirement, but also demonstrates how your investment portfolio may grow much larger as a result. Please note that this video does oversimplify the topic at hand. Despite this, it still manages to provide an excellent overview of what an employer match is for beginners. Check it out!
